Kastrup security queues do not affect Icelandair flights

Long queues at Copenhagen’s Kastrup Airport caused by tighter security checks have not affected Icelandair’s flight schedule, mbl.is reported.

Icelandair spokesperson Guðni Sigurðsson said the airline was monitoring the situation and had advised passengers departing from Copenhagen to allow extra time and arrive at the airport promptly.

Icelandair has no early-morning flights from Copenhagen. The airline’s next aircraft is scheduled to take off from Kastrup at noon Icelandic time.
