Sweden allows suspected shadow fleet tanker to leave

Sweden’s Transport Agency has lifted a ban on the use of the tanker Sea Owl 1, allowing it to leave the country, SVT reports.

The Coast Guard boarded the vessel off Trelleborg earlier this year.
