Police found man asleep two houses from home
Police in Iceland’s capital region found a heavily intoxicated man asleep outdoors in central Reykjavik, just two houses from his home, mbl.is reported.
Police said they were called about a person who was unable to look after himself and had fallen asleep while intoxicated. Officers took him to a police station, where they found information identifying him and his address.
After discovering how close he lived to where he had been sleeping, officers drove him home. A family member was there to receive him.
