A man with arthritis says climate treatment is his lifeline. Dávur Glerfoss told KVF he is saddened that funding for the treatment has been removed from next year’s budget.

Glerfoss has been ill since he was 14. He has an autoimmune disease called Morbus Bechterew, which affects the spine.

Medication has not been effective enough, he said, making climate treatment essential for him.
