Mediation talks between shipowners and officers resume

The mediation service will meet the Shipowners’ Association, the Shipmasters and Navigators Association, and the Marine Engineers Association again at 9 a.m. on Friday, KVF reports.

The mediation attempt began on Thursday and is being held at KG in Klaksvík.

On Sunday afternoon, the mediation service will assess whether there is a basis for mediation between the municipalities and the Health Assistants’ Association. On Tuesday, it is due to meet tradespeople and the municipalities.
