Icelandair will stop flying to Malaga on November 21, cancelling all flights to the Spanish city for the rest of the year, mbl.is reports. The airline had originally planned to operate the route through to the end of the year.
Guðni Sigurðsson, Icelandair’s communications manager, confirmed the change to mbl.is. He said the airline regularly adjusts its flight schedule to match supply with demand, either by adding or reducing flights.
Icelandair will contact affected passengers with information about their rights, including the option of being rebooked to their destination by other routes or receiving a refund.
