Faroese dairy products are now on shop shelves in Greenland, KVF reports. MBM has entered the market with long-life milk and cream.
“The framework of the Danish Realm makes it easy to get the milk to Greenland,” said Tony Weyhe, MBM’s chief executive.
MBM is working with Greenlandic retail chain Pisiffik. Michael Gúnzel, the chain’s commercial manager in Nuuk, said he was pleased with the partnership.
KVF said it would report more on MBM and the Greenlandic market on its programme Degi og Viku this evening.
