Man turns himself in to police following shooting incident in Seinäjoki

A man who was wanted in connection with a shooting incident that occurred inside a restaurant in Seinäjoki on July 27 has turned himself in to the police. He reported to the authorities on Monday in Central Ostrobothnia, where he was arrested on suspicion of committing a crime.
