Election authority summons PostNord over ballot delivery problems

Sweden’s election authority has called PostNord to a meeting on Monday afternoon after receiving more than 100 reports of transport problems, SVT reports, citing Sveriges Radio’s Ekot.

Several municipal representatives told Ekot they had received no response from PostNord about the problems. The reports include advance votes delivered to the wrong places, but the issues are not believed to have affected the election result.
