Faroese public broadcaster KVF’s Breddin programme will examine the latest PISA results and Sweden’s upcoming parliamentary election.
The programme will discuss whether Ulf Kristersson’s government can remain in power after Sunday’s election, or whether Magdalena Andersson, leader of Sweden’s Social Democratic Party, will get another chance to form a government.
Voters will also elect representatives to Sweden’s municipal councils and regional councils, in addition to the Riksdag, the country’s parliament. Katrin Johannessen will analyse the political situation ahead of the vote.
The first part of the programme will focus on the results of the latest PISA study, published on Tuesday. Lydia Didriksen, a lecturer who has also taught Faroese, will join the discussion.
Breddin airs at 10am.
