The state is seeking insurance bids for 214 buildings covering 247,528 square metres, KVF reports.
Gjaldstovan has set the deadline for bids at 16 October. Price will account for 100 per cent of the assessment.
The insurance service is scheduled to begin on 1 January 2027, and the framework agreement will run for three years. Thirty-three of the buildings stand on leased land.
The procurement is another framework agreement. Since 2020, the state has saved more than 6.5 million kroner by using framework agreements for purchases. Public institutions use these agreements to buy goods and services for multiple institutions through the procurement portal.
There were 71 tenders created on the portal last year, 61 per cent more than in 2024. Nine framework agreements were concluded during the year.
