Dead person found in water off Helsinki’s Kulosaari

Yle reports that a dead person has been found in the sea off Kulosaari, a district of Helsinki.

An eyewitness saw a person floating face down in the water. The Helsinki rescue service and the Border Guard recovered the body.

The emergency call came around noon. Police are investigating the case.
