Police conduct speed monitoring on Høvdavegur in Leirvík

The police conducted speed monitoring yesterday on Høvdavegur in Leirvík, an area leading to an underwater tunnel.

During the operation, four drivers received points on their driving licenses within just one hour in the morning.

The recorded speeds included one driver going 77 km/h, another at 75 km/h, and two drivers traveling at 74 km/h.

The speed checks took place between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM yesterday morning.
