Traffic has reopened after repairs were completed on traffic lights that failed this morning, mbl.is reports, citing the Icelandic Road Administration.
The lights at the intersections of Breiðholtsbraut and Reykjanesbraut, and Nýbýlavegur and Dalvegur, stopped working because of a faulty control box governing the signals at both intersections. The junctions were closed to traffic while the fault was repaired.
