Russia’s hybrid campaign could escalate and test Europe

SVT analysis says Russia’s hybrid war against the West could become even more severe, forcing Europe and Sweden to make difficult choices.

According to security reporter John Granlund, Vladimir Putin is achieving two objectives at once through the campaign. As the attacks escalate, they will have to be countered without triggering direct confrontation with Russia.
