Sunda municipality sells 25 plots after price cut

Sunda municipality has sold 25 building plots since cutting the price by more than a third, Kringvarp Føroya reported. The municipality sold only two plots last year.

In December, the price was reduced from 795 kroner to 495 kroner per square metre. The plots are located in different parts of the municipality.

Last Friday, the company Bogi Hermansen built five terraced houses in Streymnes. More terraced houses are on the way, the municipality said.
