KVF reports that 230 companies have not yet submitted their 2025 annual reports to the Faroese Company Registration.
The deadline has passed, and on September 15 the registration authority will send companies that have not filed their 2025 reports to Skiftirættin, the court handling compulsory dissolutions.
Under the accounting law, companies whose financial year follows the calendar year must submit their annual reports no later than June 30. As of Wednesday, the authority had received no 2025 report from the 230 companies.
