Man found dead in water in Oulu’s Kaijonharju

Yle reports that a man was found dead in the water in Kaijonharju, a neighbourhood of Oulu, on Thursday morning.
Rescue personnel lifted the man from Kaijonlahti bay early in the morning and he was pronounced dead.
Police are investigating the case as a determination of the cause of death. The North Ostrobothnia Rescue Department received an alarm about a person needing rescue from the water at around 6.30am.
