Finland’s government, led by Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, began its final budget negotiations on Tuesday, Yle reported.

The two-day talks will focus on the state’s spending for next year. The negotiations are based on the Ministry of Finance’s budget proposal, which projects a deficit of nearly 13 billion euros.

The budget largely follows decisions already made. The government will also discuss measures to combat African swine fever.
