Man arrested after alleged assault in Havn

Kringvarp Føroya reports that a man was arrested late Sunday evening after allegedly hitting another man in the head in Havn.

The suspect is being held at the police station in Havn. He was too intoxicated to be questioned on Sunday night and will be interviewed on Monday, police said.

The injured man was taken to the emergency department for examination.
