Competition authority reviews SR Invest takeover of Eysturlon

Kringvarp Føroya reports that the Competition Authority will decide whether private limited company SR Invest can acquire private limited company Eysturlon.
SR Invest is a new company owned by Fróði Sigvardsen and Árni T. Rasmussen.
Private limited company Bjálvarók owns all of Eysturlon’s share capital, valued at 119,000 Faroese kroner.
The construction company Eysturlon was founded in 1983 and employs 30 people.
