Scattered showers forecast across Iceland
Scattered showers are expected in many parts of Iceland on Monday, mbl.is reports.
Easterly winds of 3 to 10 metres per second will bring showers or intermittent rain to the southwest coast for a time before noon. Winds will otherwise be lighter, with little precipitation.
In the afternoon, northeasterly winds of 3 to 10 metres per second are forecast, with showers in scattered locations. Daytime temperatures will range from 3 to 13C.
Light winds are expected on Tuesday. Skies will be partly clear, but there is a chance of showers in southern Iceland, particularly in the afternoon. Temperatures will range from 6 to 13C, with the mildest conditions in the west.
