Truck trailer crash closes road in Savukoski for hours

A heavily loaded truck trailer went off the road in Savukoski, Finnish Lapland, on Sunday afternoon, closing Pelkosenniementie road for several hours, Yle reported.
The accident happened at Lunkkaus shortly after 2 p.m., according to the rescue service.
About an hour later, the rescue service estimated that the road could remain closed for several hours.
No injuries were known to have occurred.
