OnlyFans model Emilie says breast surgery, liposuction and Botox have increased her earnings from selling sexual content, DR reports. Using the name Enulie Porer, she promotes sex and masturbation videos on the subscription platform.

Emilie is pursuing what she calls a “pornified Barbie” look: blue eyes, large breasts, long eyelashes and a shaved body.

“I have had my breasts done three times, and each time I can see that it has increased my earnings,” she says.

OnlyFans allows creators to charge users for access to photos, videos and other content. Users can also pay for additional material and private messages. The platform, launched in 2016, is particularly known for its adult content.

According to figures cited in DR’s documentary “Alone at Home with Porn”, OnlyFans says it has around 375 million users worldwide and about five million content creators.

Emilie acknowledges that her efforts to promote the “pornified Barbie” ideal may help legitimise an appearance that children and young people cannot achieve naturally.

“I actually feel that I may be making the problem worse. It’s not as if I’m reassuring young girls that they are perfect as they are,” she says.

Several young people interviewed in the documentary describe how pornography and other sexual content online have shaped their views of bodies and sex. Magnus says pornography taught him that men should have large chests, big muscles and a six-pack, while women should have large breasts, a small waist and a large backside.

Cecilie, now 24, began watching pornography at the age of 11. She says the pressure to look, behave and eat in a particular way eventually contributed to an eating disorder.

Emilie says she has also felt the effects of these ideals. “Even though I am a public figure and earn my living from my appearance, I am still insecure about my body. I would almost say that I am more insecure now than when I was natural,” she says.

She nevertheless continues her career. On social media, Emilie uses various methods to market her content while avoiding rules on sexual material. When discussing her labia, which she is considering having operated on, she uses the term “shame breasts” to avoid having her content blocked.

“You constantly have to be innovative in finding ways to sexualise things. It sounds completely crazy, but that is the mindset I have because I have to market a product,” she says.

Because her body is the product, Emilie says she does not intend to abandon her pursuit of the “pornified Barbie” look, which she believes will continue to increase her income.

Emilie has previously been stalked and appeared in the DR programme “Stalked”. For security and privacy reasons, she is identified by her first name only. DR knows her full identity.
