Man charged with setting fire to toilet in Havn

A man has been charged with arson after a fire at a toilet in Steinatún in Havn, Kringvarp Føroya reports.

Firefighters were called to the scene at around 5.30pm on Monday.

After being charged, the man was taken to the National Hospital for examination for smoke inhalation because he was inside the toilet when the fire was burning.

The fire caused some smoke damage.
