Young people are changing where they move in Denmark, with Aarhus attracting increasing numbers from across the country since 2010, DR reports.

Aarhus is drawing more young people from Southern, Eastern and Western Jutland, Funen and Bornholm. At the same time, more young people are unable to settle in expensive Copenhagen and are instead moving to municipalities such as Brøndby, Høje Taastrup and Glostrup.

Aalborg is also attracting more young people from North Jutland.

DR’s graphic allows users to select a municipality and see how young people have moved in and out over time.
