Thunderstorm cuts power to nearly 5,000 customers in Ii

Nearly 5,000 electricity customers were without power in the municipality of Ii in North Ostrobothnia on Sunday morning, Yle reported.

The outage began at around 6:30 a.m. By 8 a.m., almost 5,000 customers were still affected.

According to the rescue service, there had been thunderstorms in the area.
