Police continue investigating young man’s death in Fuglafjørður

Police are still investigating the death of a young man found outside a house in Fuglafjørður, KVF reports. The man was found dead shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

“The investigation is continuing. We are doing everything we can to establish as accurately as possible what happened,” said Kári Jacobsen, the police investigation leader.

Police have conducted interviews and examined the area where the man was found. Jacobsen said investigators have not reached any conclusion about the case, including whether a criminal offence took place. He could not say when the investigation would be completed.
