Police issue 11 speeding fines in Nordland checks

Police issued 11 speeding fines during traffic checks in Nordland on Wednesday, NRK reported.

At a laser check on the E10 in a 60 km/h zone near Kabelvåg in Vågan, officers issued two fines. One driver had their licence seized after being clocked at 87 km/h.

Police also carried out a check in Mosjøen, Vefsn. In a 40 km/h zone near Markvegen, officers issued nine fines. The highest recorded speed was 54 km/h.
