Baby born aboard VR train travelling to Vaasa

A baby was born aboard a VR train travelling from Helsinki to Vaasa, Yle reports, citing the railway company’s communications department.

The baby was born on Tuesday evening, according to Ilta-Sanomat, which first reported the news. The parent and baby left the train in Seinäjoki and were taken away by ambulance.
