Police release new surveillance image of missing 15-year-old Freja

South East Jutland Police have released a new surveillance image of 15-year-old Freja, who has been reported missing, DR reports. She was seen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday in a Netto supermarket at Bytorvet in Hedensted and left shortly afterwards.

Police said they were conducting a broad investigation and remained concerned for Freja, who has been missing since Tuesday morning.

“We would very much like to hear from anyone who may have seen her or has information about her movements or whereabouts. Information that may initially seem insignificant could also be crucial to the ongoing investigation,” Deputy Police Inspector Christian Skyt of South East Jutland Police said in a press release.

Freja is described as 170 centimetres tall and slim, with dark, curly hair.

Police said they had received a large number of tips and thanked residents, businesses and media organisations that had shared the missing-person notice or contacted them. They urged residents and businesses in the Hedensted area to review surveillance footage from Tuesday morning and contact police on 114 if they have relevant recordings or other information.

Residents in the local area were also asked to check sheds, outbuildings and garages for Freja.
