Thousands of litres of milk spill onto road in Reisjärvi

Yle reports that an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 litres of milk spilled onto the asphalt on Ylilestintie in Reisjärvi on Thursday morning.

The North Ostrobothnia rescue department received an alert shortly before 9 a.m. and was on its way to the scene.

The spilled milk poses an environmental risk. Yle said the article would be updated.
