Fire breaks out in apartment building in Haukipudas

A fire broke out in a three-storey apartment building in Haukipudas, Oulu, on Tuesday morning, Yle reported.

The fire was reported shortly before 7 a.m. and was brought under control quickly.

It started in an apartment on the third floor. An adult and three children inside the apartment left the building on their own.

About 10 people had left the building by the time the rescue service arrived. No one needed to be evacuated.
