Changeable weather brings summer warmth and rain

Weather will remain changeable, Yle reports, with summerlike temperatures and showers in parts of the country over the coming days.

Sunday will be mostly dry across wide areas, with variable cloud cover. Rain showers will develop in the west during the afternoon, while northern parts of the country may see rain or thunderstorms. Daytime temperatures will be at summer levels except in the north. Southwesterly winds will be moderate in the south.

Showers will become more widespread on Monday afternoon, with thunderstorms developing in some places. Southern areas will remain mostly dry. Temperatures will be around 15 degrees Celsius in the north and close to 20 degrees elsewhere.

Temperatures will fall slightly on Tuesday. Showers will focus on the north, while isolated afternoon showers may develop in the southeast.
