Prime Minister Beinir Johannesen delivered his first Ólavsøka speech this year, a challenging task that requires both writing and oratory skill, according to rhetoric expert Eydna Skaale.
Skaale, speaking on Faroese public broadcaster KVF, said the prime minister handled the assignment well, noting that the traditional Ólavsøka address is particularly difficult to master as it is not a straightforward speech.
