Liberalerna launch unconventional campaign to double support

Liberalerna leader Simona Mohamsson has six weeks to double her party’s voter support or risk losing all parliamentary seats, Swedish broadcaster SVT reports.

In a bid to turn the tide, Mohamsson has embarked on a nationwide bus tour featuring shopping cart races, trampoline jumps, and what she calls “crazy” ice cream events.

“If you can guarantee we hit four percent, I’ll do a proper Spider-Man flip,” she told SVT.

The party currently polls below the 4 percent threshold needed to stay in the Riksdag.
