Person rescued from tree in Muhos

Emergency services in North Ostrobothnia rescued a person from a tree in Muhos on Thursday after the individual climbed approximately five metres up and was unable to descend, Yle reports.

The rescue team responded to an alert shortly before 1 p.m. on Pohjolantie road, using a ladder to assist the individual down safely. No injuries were reported.

Authorities have not disclosed whether the person was an adult or a child.
