OmaKela service disruption resolved, benefit applications now open

The technical disruption affecting Finland’s OmaKela online service has been fixed, the Social Insurance Institution (Kela) announced on its website.
Applicants can once again submit claims for general housing allowance and basic social assistance, and unemployment status reports are also functioning normally.
The outage began before 07:00 and ended after 20:00 local time.
