Torg in Malmö cordoned off after suspected rape

A cordon remains in place around Värnhemstorget in central Malmö on Sunday after police responded to a suspected rape reported at around 04:00.

The incident was reported shortly after a woman told officers she believed she had been assaulted outdoors. No arrests have been made and no serious physical injuries have been reported to police, according to a statement.
