Man dies after fall from eighth-floor balcony in Vantaa

A man died on Friday after falling from an eighth-floor balcony on Kielotie in Vantaa’s Tikkurila district, Yle reports.

Emergency services responded to the scene before 6 a.m. Rescue personnel attempted resuscitation but declared the man dead at the site.

Police do not suspect faulty balcony glass or structural defects contributed to the incident.
