June weather near average in Tórshavn

The Faroese Meteorological Office reports that June 2026 in Tórshavn closely matched the average for the month, based on the 1991–2020 reference period.

At the Hoyvíksvegur weather station, the average temperature was 10.4°C, half a degree above the long-term mean. Daytime and nighttime temperatures differed by about 2°C.

Average wind speed was 5 m/s, with 61 mm of precipitation recorded—typical for June. Visibility was best from the west.
