Fewer Faroese companies submitted their annual financial reports to the Faroese Business Registry (Skráseting Føroya) by this year’s 30 June deadline than in 2025, the registry confirmed to Faroese Broadcasting Corporation (KVF).
Of 3,875 required filings, 3,115 were received on time, representing 80% compliance. In 2025, 2,940 of 3,540 companies filed by the deadline, a rate of 83%.
The 760 companies that missed this year’s deadline have received reminders from the registry. Last year, 600 companies were late.
