New law gives Freddy faster access to funds

A change to Denmark’s guardianship law, now one year old, allows guardians to spend up to 100,000 kroner without court approval, DR reports.

Previously, such requests could face multi-year delays. The reform has enabled Freddy Sørensen to quickly access his winnings from a class lottery.
