Biltema recalls camping chairs over safety risk

Biltema is pulling its camping chairs from the market due to a quality defect that may cause the aluminium profiles to bend, creating a risk of injury, the retailer announced on its website.

The company has confirmed the product poses a safety risk and urges all customers who own the Biltema camping chair with product number 37-516 to stop using it immediately and return it to the nearest Biltema store for a full refund.

The recall applies to chairs sold up to 30 June 2025.
