Thorkild Fogde steps down as national police commissioner

Thorkild Fogde will no longer serve as Denmark’s national police commissioner, state broadcaster DR reported Tuesday.

Lasse Boje Nielsen has been named as his successor, while Fogde will take up the role of police director for Copenhagen West Police.
