Workplace bullying reported by ten percent of municipal employees in Finland

Workplace bullying can have far-reaching consequences, increasing stress levels and potentially leading to health issues for the victim. According to the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, approximately ten percent of municipal employees report experiencing bullying at their workplaces.
