Workplace bullying can have far-reaching consequences, potentially increasing stress levels and even leading to illness for those targeted. According to the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, approximately ten percent of municipal employees report experiencing bullying at their workplace.

In an effort to shed light on this issue, Yle is seeking individuals who have faced bullying in their work environments for interviews. If you have experienced workplace bullying, you are invited to share your story through the provided form.

Questions for participants include: Have you been bullied at work? What were the consequences of the bullying for you? What is your name? (Rest assured, your name will not be published without your permission.)

Additionally, please provide your age and the city where you reside. Would you be willing to discuss your situation further in an interview? [Options: Yes, No]

Even if you are not selected for an interview, please leave your contact information. Your responses will not be quoted without prior communication with you.
