Smyril ferry delayed due to engine trouble

The Smyril ferry is operating with three engines and delays are expected today, according to a notice from Strandferðslan, the Faroese transport authority.

A possible afternoon departure from Tórshavn at 16:00 may be cancelled due to ongoing maintenance work. Strandferðslan stated that further updates will follow later.
