Seela Sella returns to stage after cancer treatment

Finnish actor Seela Sella will return to the stage in August after overcoming throat cancer, she told Iltalehti.

The 89-year-old announced in April that she had canceled performances for April and May due to the illness. Her last public appearance was in March.

Sella said she will rest through July but will perform in Rakkauskirjeitä (Love Letters) at Tampere Theatre Summer alongside Esko Roine starting in early August.
