The Faroese investment company Royndin, owned by the LÍV group, has been officially dissolved and removed from the register of limited partnerships, KVF reports.

Founded in 2005 to invest in Faroese businesses and support local entrepreneurship, Royndin transferred nearly all its funds—approximately 49.5 million kroner—to its parent company LÍV in 2024 to cover pension obligations.

According to its 2025 financial statements, Royndin held no remaining investments by the end of that year. Its most recent major investment, in Globe Tracker, had yielded no significant returns. The company was formally struck from the partnership registry on 18 June.
